• You need at least a 15 1/4" window hight for this unit.

• Hi tgb, thanks for reaching out! We would not recommend installing this unit into a wall, as it was designed to be installed via a window. The window dimensions for this unit are as follows: Height: 15 5/8", Width: 26 1/8" - 37 3/4". We hope that this is helpful! Stay safe. -Michael
