Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Kaaalonzo, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're terribly sorry to hear that your air conditioner is not cooling properly. We can understand how frustrating that must be. Check to make sure nothing is blocking the front of the air conditioner. When the unit is blocked by curtains, blinds, or furniture, the air flow is restricted and cooling performance will be affected. Consider the temperature of the room when the air conditioner was first turned on. If the room was very hot it will take longer to cool the room. When heat is stored up in walls, furniture, rugs and draperies, it will take longer to cool the room down. Whenever possible, turn the air conditioner on before the room heats up. We would recommend checking out the troubleshooting articles "Air Conditioner Not Cooling Well" and "Air Conditioners Hot Outdoor Temperatures" on our site. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us via social media or through our Contact Us page. We hope this helps. Best wishes. Mike@GEA
