Made sure the Mode is set on cool. Also make sure there is air flow on the part of the A/C that is out side. Also since the lights on the A/C goes out after awhile, check and make sure the filter is clean. Also make sure you operate the A/C with the phone if you have it set on WiFi. I do not turn my WiFi on and my A/C works fine. Good Lucy
