Low freon same with mine not 3 weeks old

Please make sure your unit is properly installed by referring to the installation instructions and double checking that all the steps were followed. We recommend setting the mode control to High Fan or High Cool with the temperature setting as high as it can be set to try and get rid of the ice. -- The sounds you hear inside the air conditioner are most likely coming from the slinger ring. This ring picks up the water from the base pan and throws it on the outdoor coil to help remove the heat and this can cause a sloshing sound. -- If you believe your situation to be abnormal, we strongly recommend taking advantage of your warranty found on page 17 of your owner's manual. -- We hope this response was helpful.
