Hi Tam - Thanks for choosing GE Model AHP14LZ! We are sorry to hear the filter reset light does not reset and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. You may want to unplug the unit for 30 seconds. Pressing Reset Filter to turn off the LED reset the accumulated run time and does not affect the operation of the air conditioner. Also, with models that have WiFi capability, you may see a red light behind the filter on the right side of the unit. This is the status light on the internal WiFi module, and is just an indicator that the module is functioning. If the red LED indicator light is disruptive, you can place some black tape over it, if you prefer. If you need assistance with the WiFi feature, take a look at the following link- AIR CONDITIONER - SET-UP BUILT-IN WIFI: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=23893 - For further assistance, call the Connected Home Support Line at 1-800-220-6899, Monday -Friday 9am - 11pm ET, Saturday - Sunday 9am - 3pm ET, or email [email protected].
