Started having the same exact issue. About a week ago is when I noticed. It stopped working an hour ago. I haven't even had it a year. I only used it about 2 and a half months last summer 2022 and since mid may of this year 2023.

The way to possibly resolve this issue would be to set the mode control to High Fan or High Cool with the temperature setting as high as it can be set. These steps can be found on pg 13 of your user’s manual that can be found on the GE Appliances website under ownership support. If this step does not resolve your issue, you can locate your warranty information on pg 17 in the manual. We hope this information is helpful.
