    • Answer Dear FloydRTurbo1American - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. This microwave does not specifically have a grilling feature. It does have a convection feature whereby a fan gently circulates the heated air throughout the oven, over and around the food, producing golden brown exteriors and rich moist interiors. Our products are designed by GE engineers in the United States. Many are manufactured in the U.S. and others are made globally to our specifications. The country of origin is shown on the Model/Serial rating plate as well as the packaging. Manufacturing facilities can and do change from time to time as we continue to seek the most efficient manufacturing processes available. We make products all over the world for a Global marketplace.
