Hi there - Thanks so much for showing interest in this wonderful toaster oven! You can bake a pizza in either setting, traditional or convection. Convection is known for being faster and more even. We recommend putting the pizza on the middle rack position for the most even bake. The overall cook time will vary depending on the pizza such as, is it frozen? How many toppings? What type of crust? Most recipes and heating instructions will provide traditional and convection timing suggestions. We hope this helps!
