DOES THIS UNIT SIMPLY PLUG INTO THE WALL ?/NO WIRING? null

It does just plug into the wall. It also has two outlets one on either end. But to control it, you'll need a smart hub that is zigbee compatible and I don't know whether the hub requires wiring.
