“The door on my unit has never aligned properly. The lower right corner is too low by 1/4 inch. It has a lot of play, and if you lift it into its correct place the oven starts. Seems unsafe. Can this be fixed?”

Hi Rick - Thanks for choosing our GE Profile Series! It is normal to have a small amount of play to the door (up or down) approximately 1/8", especially on over-the-range models. A qualified service technician is required for adjustment of the microwave door.
