The microwave oven is designed for adaptation for the following three types of ventilation: Outside Exhaust (Vertical – Delivered from factory in vertical position). Outside Exhaust (Horizontal). Recirculating (Non-vented ductless). The Recirculating Charcoal Filter (JX81H) is included if you choose to vent inside (recirculating). QuestionI have a mounting question. What I have been unable to determine is if it will mount flush to the bottom of the top cabinet. I do not want to have a space between the unit and the cabinet. Can someone help me find the answer to that one?

- Answer Mine came with 1 rectangular rack and 2 locations for this rack. It also came with a round rack that fits on the carousel. Use one of your old racks for a second rectangular rack.

- Answer Hello- We appreciate your question and are happy to help! On most models, the initial microwave time can be set in 15 second increments. Once the microwave starts running, however, any turn of the dial changes the time by 5 seconds (clockwise increases, counterclockwise decreases). For example: To heat something for 20 seconds, turn the dial to 15 seconds. Once you press in on the dial to start the microwave, turn the knob clockwise to add 5 seconds to the cooking time currently displayed. You can make selections on the oven by turning the dial and pressing it to enter the selection. Pressing the dial can also be used in place of the Start/Pause button for quicker programming of the oven. Add 30 Sec: This is a quick way to set and start cooking in 30 second blocks each time the Add 30 Second button is pressed. The cook time may be changed by turning the dial at any time during cooking. The power level will automatically be set at 10 and the oven will start immediately. QuestionWhen the door on the microwave opens, does the hinge remain flush with the unit, or does it add extra width? I have a wall on the hinge side, so several units do not work in this space.

- Answer Yes, the hinge remains flush with the unit. I've attached (2) pictures showing the unit door CLOSED and OPENED. I'd also like to add that the convection oven works like a charm and this model has a Steam Clean feature which helps with cleanup.

- Answer Great question! Yes, this microwave does have our great Chef Connect feature. Over-the-range microwaves with Chef Connect can be paired with any range that also has Chef Connect. This feature allows you to synchronize the clocks on both appliances as well as the cooktop burners with the microwave vent fan and light. QuestionI have a GE 2004 Advantium 120 that has stopped working. A replacement unit is not to be found. It is associated with the stove/oven in that is has a vent on the underside. Can you remove the unit? And do I need to then install new vent? Thx.
