I microwave a small bowl of water for a minute or two to get the humidity up and then use a dish cloth to wipe off the messes. I use a stainless steel cleaner such as BarKeepers Friend or Cameo Stainless steel cleaner to get the surface looking like new again. Lemon juice and baking soda is also good. I have had mine 10 years and cook absolutely everything in it and it still looks new inside except for the circular beige piece on the ceiling. I just wipe that the best I can.

Some spatters can be removed with a paper towel; others may require a damp cloth. Remove greasy spatters with a sudsy cloth (mild dishwashing liquid), then rinse with a damp cloth. Baking soda and water may be used on any interior type. You can use a plastic, soap-filled scouring pad or sponge for heavy soils. Thanks for checking with us!
