It comes with a charcoal filter if you do not have outside access. Otherwise, standard venting. Venting requires you move direction of blowers (fairly simple) to set up either option
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it does. You have to adjust the vent faint installation for the type of exhaust vent you have. Either out the back into the wall to outside vent, out the top to outside vent or to recirculate and vent into the same room. For which it has a charcoal filter in the top face that is easy to change.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. This microwave comes ready to be vented outside through the top. However, it can be converted to be vented outside through the back or internally through the front using a charcoal filter. The instructions for changing the venting can be found in the Installation Instructions. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on how you have the rear blower angled. It can vent out of the house (with proper venting duct work), or out of the top, front of the unit. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This microwave can support 3 different venting options. 1. Horizontal venting through the wall. 2. Vertical venting through a roof mounted vent duct 3. Recirculation venting into the house The first two options require an existing vent duct work (or you gave to have one installed. The third option does not require any duct work, however this option is not recommended for a gas range as it will not vent the carbon dioxide outside of the house.
