Q: QuestionWhat is the depth with the freezer drawer fully open? How much additional distance is needed to remove the freezer drawer when cleaning or service?

Q: QuestionDoes the PYE22LYMFS counter depth refrigerator and GYE22NFS have the same motors. Also do they weigh the same. Also do they both have glass shelves.

• A:Answer No, the PYE22KYNFS and GYE22GYNFS don't have the same refrigerator fan motor. The PYE22KYNFS has a net weight of 333 lbs; GYE22GYNFS has a net weight of 3660 lbs. Both models do offer glass shelves.

• A:Answer I can’t tell you. I ordered this refrigerator Feb 14, 2021. The delivery date for it has been changed 4 times by BestBuy - each time pushing it further and further out. Supposedly they will be delivering it June 3rd now, 3 1/2 months after purchase. If you’re going to buy it, buy it somewhere other than BestBuy. I am kicking myself that I hadn’t read all the horrible reviews of BestBuy before I walked in there.

Q: QuestionHow can I get it to turn on the display that shows how many ounces are being dispensed on the external water dispenser?

• A:Answer Check your water filter by removing it and empty the water. Replace the filter making sure it’s completely tight by proper rotation. Immediately purge the air pressure within the filter and water system by using the water dispenser. This is for GE Profile and Cafe models. My Cafe refrigerator was manufactured in the year 2000. You may have to replace the water filter making sure it’s installed tight so that the sensors operate properly.
