QuestionDoes this dishwasher dent easily? I have a stainless steel dishwasher i am looking to replace and it has many small dents in the front panel of which they seem to show up out of nowhere. Extremely frustrating.

- Answer Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us. The doors on our dishwashers are durable. That said, like any appliance finish, if it's bumped or inadvertently hit, it may dent. This model offers our fingerprint resistant stainless finish and may not show slight imperfections or dents as easily as stainless. QuestionUltra Fresh now seems to be running CONSTANTLY. Had DW 5 months & got used to fan running intermittently when Ultra Fresh is on. Last couple of weeks the dishwasher fan is running every single time I walk by. Is this normal?

QuestionThere were clips and rollers loose in the dishwasher after it was installed and I think they may be rollers and stops for the racks. Should those have been loose or did they come off during shipping?

Questionwhat are the average dish washing time? I noticed one is for 2 1/2 hours and one is for almost 4 hours. I always thought dishwashers ran for about an hour or 90 minutes. Why does it take almost 5 hours to do a dishwasher cleaning?

- Answer The “Normal” cycle length has a time range of 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes. This is the washing time only; it does not include drying time, Auto Hot Start, or options. For a shorter wash, consider the 1-Hour Wash to quickly wash lightly soiled dishes. The longest cycle is the Heavy cycle for heavily soiled dishes, cookware, pots, or pans with dried-on or baked-on soils. The Heavy cycle is approximately 2 hours and 31 minutes. Lauren@GEAppliances

- Answer Yes, this dishwasher does offer level legs in the front. The height can be adjusted from 33 5/8" - 34 5/8" or if measuring your available opening, it can be adjusted to fit in an opening that measures 33 1/2" - 34 3/4" from the underside of the countertop to the floor.

QuestionDoes this machine have a food grinder disposal? Does it use only 1 Tablespoon of water and recycle it 30 times in the left over ground up food at the bottom of the sump? Or can it actually use lots of water and clean dishes? This is a fair question.

- Answer Yes, this dishwasher has a hard food disposer. This model uses between 2.4 gallons and 6.6 gallons of water per cycle.

- Answer Hi - Thank you for your interest in a new Profile model dishwasher. We are happy to assist you. The PDP785 and PDT775 offer Leak Defense Active Flood Protect. This feature is an enhancement to the Active Flood Protect found on the PDP755. Leak defense can be found on our hidden heater models, and we have updated the pan. It includes a sensor that triggers immediate action from an advanced pump system, protecting flooring underneath. The Active Flood Protect consists of a sensor and stainless-steel pan that recognizes and prevents potential overflow situations from occurring. All three models offer built-in WiFi. The PDP755SYRFS offers the Microban Antmicrobial Technology. QuestionIs the top control panel still cheap plastic? I have an older model and I’ve replaced it twice because it breaks easily. If it’s made the same way, I will not upgrade to a newer model.

QuestionI was wondering if this dishwasher will wash only one rack? The top will not fit dinner plates, right? I was hoping I could wash just one rack after a meal for only two people. I can turn off the fan offf when I am not using it?

- Answer There is a little screen up by the handle they will read "clean". And if you set up the wifi it will send a notification to your phone when it is done.

Question1) What types of dishes are supposed to be put in the top rack? I thought serving utensils would work well up there but many don’t fit (there is not enough height) 2) The middle rack always wants to roll out. Is there something I can adjust? Thx!
