“The width is 35.75 inches with doors closed. We have a tight space. When opening doors to 90 Degree angle, does the width with the open doors remain the same? does the width remain flush with the body of the refrigerator as the doors are being opened?”

Hello - we checked the specifications for this unit, and we can confirm that the refrigerator's width with the doors open at 90° is not the same as with the doors closed. The overall width on the unit is indeed 35.75", but the width with the doors opened at 90° (including the handles) is 42.25". Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the width remains the same. We had ours installed in our completely remodeled kitchen and it fits into a custom cabinet made to the exact dimensions of the fridge. When fully opened the doors do not touch the cabinet.
