“Once you get the fridge setup how long does it take to start making ice? I live in South Florida, not sure if the hot temperatures might be affecting it, but it's been up and running for almost 6 hours now and still no ice cubes or any ice period. Thanks”

Hi there! We can understand how this could be alarming with a new refrigerator. A newly installed refrigerator may take 12 to 24 hours to begin making ice, and please allow 2-3 days for the icemaker to completely fill the bucket with ice. We do recommend throwing away the first few batches of ice to allow the water line to clear. What you are experiencing is normal, just give the unit time to adjust and we're confident your icemaker will be operating properly in no time.
