If you have an extended warranty I would call them otherwise I would call GE. I have the same refrigerator that I purchased in March also but the noise it makes when the ice maker fills is very minor - more like a slight hum. Again I would call GE and get an explanation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have the same annoying noise but think it is the compressor not the ice maker. They are coming out tomorrow to evaluate. This is our second GE Profile in less than three months. Instead of submitting photos they should let us upload a sound file of the annoying noise.
