There is an article titled "BOTTOM MOUNT REFRIGERATOR NOT MAKING ICE" on our website that offers a good amount of tips to try for an issue such as this. You can also try to disconnect power briefly, for about 30 seconds, and then restore power. This can reset the internal electronics and may help as well.
