We know how important it is that the drawer gets closed so you can keep your food at a frozen temperature. We want to encourage you to ensure that no boxes have fallen behind the basket or are blocking the drawer preventing closure. Ice cubes can also cause the drawer to not close, so please check for those. We also have an article on our GE Appliances website called "BOTTOM FREEZER REFRIGERATOR - FREEZER DRAWER NOT SEALING PROPERLY".
