Just so you know, the replacement is $156. I thought your question was great and I took the GE answer to heart and looked up the replacement part on their website. The big question is how long they will stock and manufacture these given we intend to have this fridge for 10-15 years. No telling when someone might get butter fingers and drop the pitcher...bit of a dilemma. Do you go ahead and buy one now just to be safe or take your chances down the road?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey there! This is a great question, thanks for reaching out to check with us. Our appliances and accessories are built and tested to last, but you do have the ability to replace the pitcher if anything on it were to break. The model number for the pitcher is WR01X44228. You can find it on our GE Appliances Parts and Accessories website. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Take care. Julia@GEAppliances
