A:AnswerHello- This is Lisa from GE. I am happy to assist you.
We have had consumers cook turkeys of up to 18 pounds without any difficulty. As to whether a larger one can be put in the unit will depend on its height. The lower oven of this unit has 10 inches of usable space from the rack on the lowest position to the broiler, so as long as the height of the turkey in the pan stays within that 10-inch span, you would be fine.
Thanks for checking!
A:AnswerHello SHAWNb - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. Yes, this built in single double oven will require 220 volts, 20 amps. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!
A:AnswerHi mt- This is Sue at GE Appliances. This is not the evaluation we would expect to hear. The wall oven features True European Convection with Precise Air (lower oven). A broil element in the top of the oven and a bake element in the bottom of the oven are used in conjunction with a third heating element. This third element is located in the back wall of the oven, and it surrounds the convection fan. The convection fan reverse direction to allow air to better circulate around the food. Performance testing has shown that reversing the fan produces more evenly browned baked goods, which eliminates the need for turning food or rotating pans. We encourage you to check out the 4.6 Star Reviews on GEAppliances.com at: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/PT925SNSS- Thanks for checking with us!
A:AnswerHello,
Thank you for your interest in the GE Profile 30" Built-In Double Electric Convection Wall Oven model PT925DNBB.
Only the lower oven offers Convection bake/roast as an option. You can also do Conventional bake like the upper ovens. Both ovens are self-cleaning.
This is a beautiful model!
