Q: QuestionWe recently got this in our kitchen, whenever we turn on the microwave, once its gets done the fan automatically starts and stays on till microwave door is open and then closed, it says oven is cooling, Is there anyway to shut the fan off?
Asked by MJ.
- A:Answer Hi MJ - Thanks for choosing GE Profile! The fan will automatically shut off when the internal parts of the oven have cooled. The fan cannot be manually turned off. Q: QuestionI have the GE Profile combo PT7800SHSS Oven. I can not find any info about using the microwave convention bake about the glass turntable. Things say use metal rack on the glass turntable. But my glass turntable has "use only when microwaving"?
Asked by ICook2.
- A:Answer Hello. Thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for any confusion. For proper use, place your food or oven safe dish on the glass tray when using the convection bake feature. When convection baking on two levels, place your food or oven safe dish on the wire oven rack and place them on the glass tray. The turntable must always be in place when using the oven.
