Hi - we’re glad you reached out! All our electric wall ovens must be hard-wired (direct-wired) into an approved junction box. A plug and receptacle is not permitted on these products. To learn more, see the Electrical Requirements section on page 6 of the Installation Instructions (which can be located in the Features section of the Best Buy product page).
