• A:Answer From the floor rack to about one inch below the broiler coil is 9 inches. I roasted a 20 lb. turkey without a rack & probably could have gone up to 23 lbs. The turkey came out great. My 12 qt. stock pot with a lid fits, a 10 qt. graniteware roaster fits. You won't have trouble finding space for big cooking.

Q: QuestionHow big of a turkey will fit in the larger bottom oven?

• A:Answer Hi, AnnJ! I put a 12lb turkey in it last week, and easily had room for a larger one. I think I saw in another review somewhere else that someone was able to fit a 20lb turkey. But for sure, a 12lb one will fit. Happy Thanksgiving!

Q: QuestionThe specification says 20A and 240V so that means total power to the oven is 4800W. But the specification also says the upper broiler element is 2750W and the lower broiler element is 2950W. That's 5700W. How does that work?

• A:Answer Hello- Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our Built-In Double Wall oven. The upper oven is 1700W for the bake element and 2200W for the lower bake element and 2750W for the upper broil and 2950W for the lower broil convection wattage is 1300W. KW rating at 208V 2.9 and KW rating at 240V 3.9. The upper and lower oven can be on at the same time but you wouldn't be using both the bake and broil at the same time. Q: QuestionI am an apple fan girl. Will I still be able to control the oven and download software upgrade with an iPhone? Can the oven function manually without being controlled via WiFi?

• A:Answer Hello! Android user here, but I don't think the phone type matters... You should first check to see if you can download the Smart HQ app. If you can, you should be good to go. And yep! The oven will function manually without being controlled via Wi-Fi. It has a very nice, large touch screen. The cool thing about the wi-fi is, let's say you get side tracked and forget you should've pre-heated your oven. If you're in another area of your home, not so close to your oven to manually turn it on, you can do so from wherever you are in your home, as long as you have your phone, a connection to the wi-fi, and access to the app. You will, of course, need to enable wi-fi on the oven itself when its installed. That way, you can use the wi-fi features and allow (automatic) updates to your oven. I hope that helps! The oven is amazing.
