QuestionI have to replace my built-in oven (PT920SRSS) but do not need to replace my cooktop (PP945BMBB) Will PTS9200SNSS fit? the control box underneath my current cooktop came too far from the wall to enable JTS3000SNSS to slide back enough.

- Answer The PTS9200SNSS would make a great addition to your home; however, the dimensions for both models are not the exact same. We recommend you review pg. 3 of the Installation Instructions to ensure your location does meet the installation requirements for this model.

QuestionI have to replace a GE single double wall oven--PT925. I can't modify the cut out. Will this one fit? Do you have any other models that will fit?

- Answer Hello there - Thanks for checking in with us about this. The dimensions of both models are very similar. The only dimensional difference is the depth. The depth of your current oven is 23 1/2" D, while the newer model is 26 3/4" D. For proper installation, your cutout space needs to be a minimum of 23 1/2" D. We recommend measuring the depth of your installation space to ensure your cutout is the correct dimensions. QuestionIs this an air fryer as well?

- Answer Yes, the lower oven has the air fry feature. I don't know if newer models come with air fry mode preinstalled. My oven was one of the first of this series, purchased in 2021, and air fry mode was added as an upgrade via wi fi in 2022. I do NOT need the phone app to use air fry; air fry mode is a choice in the oven's LCD screen. I like the air fry mode very much. Great for fish or reheating breads, biscuits, or muffins.

QuestionDo these oven have both a top and bottom heating element? I only see the top heating elements in both the upper and lower ovens.

- Answer The upper oven has two heating elements: one hidden under the oven floor, the other on top for broiling. The lower oven has 3 heating elements: 2 hidden, 1 for broiling.
