“Does it have "proof mode" for dough? How about "Pizza mode" ? Or "dehydration mode" ?”

• Thanks for your interest in our beautiful Convection Double Wall Oven. Yes, this does have Proof Mode in the upper oven. We recommend using the Precision cooking guide on page 59 in the manual. This model doesn't have a dehydration mode. Joyce@GEAppliances
