Q: QuestionI need a new control panel that is housed in the microwave. Is it possible to replace the entire microwave portion of the combo Microwave/Electric Oven?

Q: QuestionI have GE Profile ZET1RM4SS built-in oven that need to be replaced since power board is shot and it is not available any more. Microwave is fine but oven needs to be replaced underneath. What can I get that will fit in the same slot under the microwave.

Q: QuestionConfused............the upper oven claims to be a microwave. Totally different than the microwave we are familiar with. The new unit has metal insides, metal circular rack yet you can't put metal products inside to heat. Convention does the heating??

• A:Answer I got the installation done by the Best Buy installers. They put a matching steel panel to cover the space. The other option is to get a carpenter to put a wood panel but getting a matching wood panel and paying the carpenter is more expensive than putting a matching steel panel. The other option depending on how much space you have is to install a warming tray.
