Q: QuestionHow deep is the door handle for the unit? Will the left hand swing door unit open fully allowing the racks to pull out completely if the unit is in a 33" wide cabinet that is in a corner up against a wall to the left.

• A:Answer The door handle protrudes 2" from the front of the door. It seems to me that you'll have adequate clearance to open the door completely and also to pull out the racks. Today, I checked how wide the door needs to open in order for the racks to slide out--the door would not have to open completely. Even if your wall stops the door from opening all the way (which I do not believe it will), you would still be able to pull out both racks.

Q: QuestionI loved this oven until it stopped working. We do not have wi-fi in our kitchen. What will GE do about this? Normally, "smart" indicates optional control from a distance. This oven will not work without wi-fi. Air-fry mode does not work without wi-fi.

• A:Answer Thank for you your timely response to this issue. We'll certainly try turning off the breaker, then back on after a 2-3 minute rest. For GE to advertise features for this oven, like air-frying, it certainly seems to us to be false advertising, given that a special service must be available in order for it/them to work. I would like for the feature requiring wi-fi to be disabled so that all the advertised features are available for the consumer to use.
