Thank for you your timely response to this issue. We'll certainly try turning off the breaker, then back on after a 2-3 minute rest. For GE to advertise features for this oven, like air-frying, it certainly seems to us to be false advertising, given that a special service must be available in order for it/them to work. I would like for the feature requiring wi-fi to be disabled so that all the advertised features are available for the consumer to use.

Please try again later.Your basic core features like Bake and Broil should work properly without being connected to your WiFi while enhanced features like Air Fry does require a one time over-the-air update to be available for use. If you have not already done so, we recommend disconnecting the power to your wall oven at your breaker or fuse box for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once the power is restored we recommend service. You may call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your oven evaluated and repaired.
