Yes, it works like a regular oven using the name control. Air fry is an option.
The top is very easy to clean. I don't think it will scratch if you use the cleaner that comes with it.

You have a choice to cook conventional or using convection, you will love the versatility of this oven. As for the control panel, I don't see ever having a problem with it scratching and it also can lock for wiping it down. My control panel had a light out from the factory, they came right out and replaced it. It was interesting to watch, unscrew 2 screws and unplug then plug-in the new one. So if ever need be, easy to replace.

This range will broil, conventional bake, and convection bake. There is a air fryer feature but you have to put a APP on your phone before you can use it. Not all types of pots and pans work efficiently on these glass top ranges. Of course spills should be cleaned soon after use. A quick study of the manual is helpful.

I love my new stove, just did a kitchen remodel and went from a builtin to this slide in.
I've only had it a 2 months, but i love it so far. No scratches, cleans nice, and love the lock controls.
The oven is nice and big no complaints.
