• A:Answer Yes, it works like a regular oven using the name control. Air fry is an option. The top is very easy to clean. I don't think it will scratch if you use the cleaner that comes with it.

• A:Answer Not quite sure if I’m answering your question correctly but a 220v plug is required for this stove. The wall plug outlet box must be flush to the wall otherwise the stove will not fit flush to the wall and there will be a gap. I had to spend big bucks to redo the plug box so the stove would fit flush to the wall.

Q: QuestionDoes this range overlap the top sides of the countertops, so food can't drop down the sides? Also, I have a normal tile on wall behind. Will it be ok?

We cannot recommend dehydrating or drying items in the oven as a result; it was not designed with that purpose in mind. Using an appliance specifically designed for dehydrating may be best.
