I've found more than one brand uses this cooling method and it makes it very difficult to prevent the freezing of refrigerator items if food is placed too close to the vent AND/OR touching the side of the refrigerator.

A:AnswerYou can turn off the auto fill picture feature. It is located on the top head of the fridge which i think is good design as kids cannot mess with it. Once you turn it off you can remove the picture and not use it.
