What depth cabinet works above this unit? null

Hello - thanks for reaching out. The depth of the top portion of the hood is 12" deep. We typically see the use of a 12" deep overhead cabinet when this model is installed underneath a cabinet. To learn more, see the section “Install Hood to Soffit or Cabinet” starting on page 19 of the manual.
