A:Answer Hi - Based on the installation instructions, we recommend the hot water coming into the washer be between 120°F - 150°F. With the incoming water in this temperature range, the washer should bring in a mix of hot and/or cold water to reach the target temperature of approximately 90°F for the warm wash setting. If you followed the prior technician's recommendation and turned down your water heater and the issue persists, it should be re-checked.
