- Answer Ours never fills unless you are on the "bulky" setting. And when it seems idle, it is usually in 'soak' mode. This has been our experience. Hope this helps.

QuestionI'm looking to purchase a new washer. I'm wondering how would I add baking soda to the wash? I see that i can add Vinegar to the custom add in the flex dispense but wondering about baking soda? I have a front loader now and i pour both into the drum.

- Answer You can add it in the dry mix/powder location or right with your clithes. Some people premix water and baking soda and use the liquid section.

QuestionHow do I unlock the control panel in this model? The user's guide tells you to hold 2 buttons down for 3 seconds, and one of those buttons does not exist on this model. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in but cannot get the machine to restart.

QuestionWhy is Door lock not locking?

- Answer Hello- Thank you for your question. We are sorry to hear your door isn't locking. During the load sensing portion of the cycle, the lid will lock and "SEnSing" will scroll across the display. When load sensing is complete, the lid will unlock. If that isn't happening for you, we recommend resetting the electronics by unplugging the washer for a couple minutes. - Answer Hi - Thank you for having purchased this wonderful Profile clothes washer. On top-load washers with only a Drain & Spin cycle, you can still achieve a Rinse & Spin by selecting Drain & Spin and choosing the Deep Rinse option. We do hope you find this helpful. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
