“Is there a way for my wife and I both to receive notifications from this washer? You don’t allow two separate users to log in. So in turn, only the person whose un/pw were used gets the notifications. What kind of smart appliance is this??”

• Couldn't you both log into the same account on separate phones within the app?

• Yes, your wife will need to turn on the notifications for the SmartHQ app after signing in with the same credentials that you used to setup the app.
