You can enter any temperature from 180 to 550.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello - Thanks for taking the time to reach out. This range does have the option for the temperatures to be set for 375 and 400. After you select the cooking mode, you then will have the option to input your desired temperature using the keypad on the control panel. If you take a look at pg. 23 of the owner's manual, the cooking guide chart shows that the required temperature for some foods with the air feature needs to be set between 375° - 400°.
