Your washer should not be leaking upon installation. If it is, please contact Best Buy or your installer to remedy this matter. Should you be unable to find a resolution with them, please take advantage of your one-year warranty by calling 833-426-3393. One of our great technicians would be happy to investigate why your unit is leaking.
