This Ultrafresh Vent System+ comes with an internal humidity sensor that allows for the Ultrafresh cycle to adjust its timing to work until all the odor-causing moisture is expelled from your dryer. Previously, it was on a longer fixed cycle time, but now it will save time and electricity by only running as long as it needs. Q: QuestionCan this wash a 10lb blanket that is 80 inches x 80 inches?

• A:Answer Hey there, this is a great question and we're happy to help. We do not recommend washing a 10 lb. weighted blanket in the washer. The blanket may become even heavier when it is wet. Many weighted blankets have fine glass or other fine material in the blanket and if something were to happen where some of the filler material escaped, this would be a problem that could damage the washer. Referring to the manufacturer's washing instructions is the best recommendation. Another note to keep in mind is many weighted blankets have a cover that can be removed for washing but the weighted part does not go through the washer. Q: QuestionI just received my washer and when you use the bulky option or towel option when it goes into spin cycle it is EXTREMELY loud. Is this normal for this type of machine or is there an issue with the machine?

• A:Answer Hi - Congratulations on your purchase of this beautiful Profile clothes washer. We hate to hear you are troubled by the sound level of the washer during the spin cycle. To maximize the removal of moisture from your wash load, this unit will spin at a rate up to 1300 rpm and will likely be louder than previous models you have owned. We would recommend making sure the legs on the washer have been properly leveled. With the washer in its final position, place a level on top of the washer (if the washer is installed under a counter, the washer should not be able to rock). Adjust the front leveling legs up or down to ensure the washer is resting solidly. Turn the lock nuts on each leg up toward the base of the washer and snug with a wrench. Note: Keep the leg extension at a minimum to prevent excessive vibration. The farther out the legs are extended, the more the washer will vibrate. Q: QuestionIs “Carbon Gray” the same as “diamond gray” from the previous model GFW850SPNDG - of course my washer went out at exactly 2 years and I don’t want to replace the working dryer, but need to match the color. They no longer offer the older model.

• A:Answer No, you don't. We use the Smart dispenser because it's easier and we only use one detergent. Also, you can turn off the smart dispenser feature.

Q: QuestionThis washer is advertised having "PerfecTemp Deluxe". I can find zero information about what this means, even on your website or in the instruction manual / spec sheet. What is this feature exactly? What does it mean if a model doesn't have this feature?
