Hi - Congratulations on your purchase of this beautiful Profile clothes washer. We hate to hear you are troubled by the sound level of the washer during the spin cycle. To maximize the removal of moisture from your wash load, this unit will spin at a rate up to 1300 rpm and will likely be louder than previous models you have owned. We would recommend making sure the legs on the washer have been properly leveled. With the washer in its final position, place a level on top of the washer (if the washer is installed under a counter, the washer should not be able to rock). Adjust the front leveling legs up or down to ensure the washer is resting solidly. Turn the lock nuts on each leg up toward the base of the washer and snug with a wrench. Note: Keep the leg extension at a minimum to prevent excessive vibration. The farther out the legs are extended, the more the washer will vibrate. Based on your description, it does not sound like there is an issue with your washer. If you have additional concerns, please reach out to us again. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
