- Answer No it doesn’t have a wool cycle. But there is an option called “My Settings” where you can set it do wash how you prefer. Sorta like a custom setting that you set up.

QuestionLast year's model of this washing machine (GFW850SPNRS) works with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, IFTTT & Sonos according to the GE product page. This year's model (PFW950SPTDS) only says works with Amazon Alexa. Is future support for the others planned?

QuestionWhy can’t I wash a mat in this washer? It just doesn’t spin, it doesn’t complete the cycle.

- Answer Hello there, thank you for taking the time to reach out with this question. This is most likely due to the load constantly rebalancing. We would recommend redistributing the load and running "Rinse and Spin". We would also recommend making sure that the washer is not overloaded, and that all the correct settings are selected for this fabric type. - Answer The hot water temperature should be set to deliver water at 120° to 140°F (48°–60°C) to provide proper Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) performance. For more details, we recommend you review the "Water Supply Requirements" section on pg. 21 of the Owner's Manual.

QuestionA review of this machine on another site says that it only uses warm water for the rinse cycle. The specs on every site are incredibly vague. Exactly what is the default rinse cycle temperature? Is there an option to select rinse temp for a cycle?

- Answer To anyone looking for an actual answer, the only thing that is clear from the owner's manual for model PFW950SPTDS is that you can't control the rinse. On some cycles you can't control the wash temp either. There is absolutely zero mention of rinse temps -only the wash temps. So it seems that whatever you set as the wash temp is also rinse temp. So if you wash in warm it will rinse in warm, which is just needless. I recommend you look up and read the manual if you're thinking about buying.

QuestionSmartDispense does not dispense detergent during the pre-wash. Essentially the pre-wash is a rinse cycle before the actual wash. Am I missing something?

QuestionCan this washer be remotely controlled. I know on some of the other ge models there is a delay start function. I am interested in If you can run the clothes through an extra spin or rinse cycle remotley, or remotley trigger the vent cycle.
