“I filled the smart dispense reservoir & have run ~10 loads with smart dispense “auto” selected. Yet I can still see the detergent at the top of the reservoir opening. I then ran bulk clean out twice. The detergent level at the opening didn't change.”

I am having the same problem. I bought mine as open-box and it dumped detergent out on the way in. Now its all dried up at the top reservoir even though it says empty.
