Hi there - thanks for reaching out about your range. Our apologies to learn that you’re experiencing your racks getting stuck - we certainly understand how frustrating that is and why you’d like some clarification on that. You may find that your oven racks become difficult to slide in and out, especially after a self-clean cycle. To help your Flat Rack slide more easily, put a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel and rub the vegetable oil onto the left and right edge of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated. Make sure to only use vegetable oil, as using other cooking oils (olive oil, coconut oil, peanut oil, etcetera) will cause a discoloring or a rust like color residue on the racks and oven cavity sides. -- We hope this helps and if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out anytime. Take care. Lauren@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Possibly because you left the racks in when you cleaned the oven. You must remove them, wash thoroughly, and put some canola oil on a paper towel and rub it on the racks. Also treat the slots in the oven with a little oil. Hope this helps.
