“I purchased this dryer two days ago and it has a rubbing noise whenever it is ran. I’ve never had a dryer that made that noise. Just wondering if it is normal or I need to contact support”

Mine does the same thing. It’s very loud

We recommend you double check and make sure the dryer is completely level as described in the installation instructions. When leveled properly, you may hear the dryer drum as it turns and you may hear a squeak when the dryer is started. This start-up squeak should go away after the first few seconds of operation. If we have not described the sound you're hearing, we would recommend having the dryer checked by service.
