We're glad to help. The rear vent is located near the bottom. If facing the back of the dryer, the center line of the rear vent is 11 3/4" from the left side and 3 1/4" up from the floor. -Vikki@GEAppliances

Nice dryer, especially when paired with the washer that talks to it to set the cycle. App notifications when cycle is almost done and done.
