QuestionI saw a previous question about the dryer vent being left or right. Does it not hook up in the back? My unit will need to slide into a built-in area that I don’t think would allow side venting. The dryer vent would need to connect to the back.

- Answer yes if you like sides you can only you can open the knockout like electric box just take off any side and add exhaust duct and that set.

QuestionI have had service out twice, both say nothing is wrong with my clothes dryer that doesn't dry clothes. Dryer is less than 2 1/2 months old. Lint trap is clean, it takes 3-4 sessions on a cycle, several hours and clothes are still damp.
