“How do you turn the microwave off, I have tried holding the cancel all and as soon as I close the door, it come back on What am I missing.”

Hello Beamorgan - Thank you for reaching out with your concern. We are happy to help. To cancel the current cooking cycle, the door must be closed when pushing the Cancel/Off button. However, when you open the door, the cycle should pause and not automatically start when the door is closed until you press Start again.
