“My vinyl window sill is not flat it has a 2 inch ledge. Instructions only show flat sill installation. Will 2 inch ledge interfere with installation? Thanks”

No, the ledge wouldn't interfere with the installation. The window a/c unit does come with foam support to install under the chaseway to help with support.
