“The water “pinging” from fan throwing water against the condenser is so loud this unit is not usable. Installed exactly to specs, level to slight outside tilt, nothing helps. Outside drain plug pulled. It’s brand new. Ideas?”

Same. I was sold on the ultra quiet aspect but it sounds like it’s raining outside it’s so loud. Drained three times already and I installed it today. Slight tilt to the outside as well and plug removed. Buyers remorse on that aspect no doubt.
